Yacht Management Director
The Director oversees the role of the Head of Yacht Management and reports findings to the Managing Director. This role involves managing and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of a fleet of yachts. Strong communication skills are a must as you will have a team of individual yacht managers under you. Additionally, you will be working closely with marina managers, insurance teams and various other departments to ensure the yacht operates effectively and compliantly. Individuals these roles as good problem solvers as you respond to concerns and queries from the yacht managers. Yacht management heads have a strong understanding of financials and will oversee yacht managers effectively managing resources.
