Requirements – Captain
• Proven charter experience on similar-sized vessels
• Strong leadership, guest-facing skills, and operational management
• Confident navigation and local Bahamas knowledge preferred
• Excellent references and professional presentation
Requirements – Chef (if applying as a team)
• Charter-experienced chef with strong guest service skills
• Ability to deliver varied, high-quality menus for charter clients
• Flexible, team-oriented, and charter-minded
