The vessel currently splits time between South Florida and the Bahamas. Minimal owner usage and a well-established program offering strong longevity for the right candidate.

This is a guest-focused role requiring proven charter experience and the ability to consistently deliver high-end cuisine in a fast-paced environment. Cooking for up to 12 guests and 8 crew.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute high-end charter menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Prepare daily meals for up to 12 charter guests and 8 crew
- Handle provisioning, inventory management, and galley organization
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Coordinate closely with the interior team to ensure seamless charter service
- Deliver consistent, high-quality cuisine throughout busy charter periods
Requirements
- MUST have proven yacht charter chef experience
- Ships Cook certification
- Strong references demonstrating successful charter performance
- Professional, organized, and adaptable under pressure
- Male due to cabin arrangements
