Position Overview
The Sole Chef will be responsible for all culinary operations onboard, delivering high-quality, guest-focused cuisine tailored to charter preferences while working closely with the Captain to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute varied, high-quality menus for charter guests
• Accommodate dietary preferences and special requests with creativity and flexibility
• Manage provisioning, budgeting, and galley organization
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Support a positive, professional onboard atmosphere during busy charter periods
Requirements
• Proven charter experience on similar-sized vessels preferred
• Strong guest service skills and professional presentation
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced charter environment
