Summary

Sole Chef – 26m (86ft) Charter Yacht


Seeking an experienced and charter-minded Sole Chef to join a well-priced 26m charter yacht heading into a busy season. This is a great opportunity to step into an active, income-generating charter program and make your mark on a vessel with strong charter potential.

Position Overview

The Sole Chef will be responsible for all culinary operations onboard, delivering high-quality, guest-focused cuisine tailored to charter preferences while working closely with the Captain to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute varied, high-quality menus for charter guests

• Accommodate dietary preferences and special requests with creativity and flexibility

• Manage provisioning, budgeting, and galley organization

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety

• Support a positive, professional onboard atmosphere during busy charter periods

Requirements

• Proven charter experience on similar-sized vessels preferred

• Strong guest service skills and professional presentation

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced charter environment

• Flexible, organized, and charter-minded

• Excellent references
