Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and motivated Deckhand for a 38m Perini Navi private sailing yacht.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven longevity, with at least one full year of continuous service on a single vessel. Sailing yacht experience is highly valued; however, candidates from motor yachts will be considered provided they are genuinely keen to transition to sailing yachts as a career move, not as a last resort.
The Deckhand should be confident working independently, responsible, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. A desire to learn and progress up the yachting ladder is essential.

Cabin: Shared with 1st Officer
Salary: €4,500 per month
Leave: 38 days annual leave
