The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced individual to join a 40M+ New Build Yacht. This is a fast-paced, professional programme with an exceptionally hands-on and supportive owner, an outstanding crew dynamic and a very high standard of operation. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, kind, forward-thinking and loyal with a strong work ethic and genuine pride in their role. This yacht runs with a mini ISM and is exceptionally well organised, offering an excellent platform for someone looking to grow and invest long-term in their yachting career. Fitness-oriented candidates will be highly suited as both the owner and crew value an active, healthy lifestyle. The Chief Officer is highly motivated to mentor and invest in someone who is eager to learn, perform and progress within the industry.
- Required experience: Previous Bosun or a strong Lead Deckhand experience
