We are seeking a confident and motivated Lead Deckhand who is approximately one year away from completing their OOW. This role is perfectly suited to an active, outgoing individual with a strong team-first mindset, this is essential to fit seamlessly into the onboard culture. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with solid foundational deck skills, a proactive attitude, and the confidence to lead by example in a busy, fast-paced private and charter programme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone serious about progression and long-term career development within yachting.
