Requirements: Captain experience on similar sized vessels - CHARTER - Caribbean and Med cruising experience. Longevity and Positive References are extremely important. An outgoing personality, safety top priority.

STCW + Refresher as needed

ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months) - unrestricted

Longevity with prior employment

Positive references - minimum of last three

Strong leadership skills - Leads by example - good crew retention 

Organized

Solid record keeping 

Other Requirements: Active, happy disposition, motivator.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. 

Package: to be finalized during interview process. Offering Health Insurance, Bonus plan, Rotation schedule to be discussed.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Master <3000gt / Class 4
