Itinerary: US - Northeast - summer, Caribbean in winter
Licence: Previous sailing experience / racing is a plus.
No license required but solid deck and engineering experience.
Requirements: **Must be a US citizen or eligible to work in the US.
STCW95 + Refresher and ENG1/or USCG Medical - FIT FOR DUTY.
Experienced hands-on Deck and Engineering.
Responsibilities: DECK and ENGINEERING
- Assist with sailing operations, docking, and yacht maintenance
- Help with guest activities and excursions
- Maintain deck cleanliness and safety
- Be a collaborative, upbeat team member

Job Specifics: Sailing with an owner that treats you like part of the family. You all eat meals together, help each other and work as a solid team. You will sail NE for the summer season and then if you want to travel to the Caribbean during the winter months, this is also a plus.
Runs with 3 crew and a race team for regattas. Captain, Mate/Engineer and Stew/Deck/Cook will run privately.
This is a beautiful recently refit classic sailing yacht. Designed to race. The owner loves sailing. He is fit and active. The crew quarters are unique. Some are partially open so this will be worked out so that everyone feels comfortable. It will depend on how many guests are on board on how they will be worked out.
Salary range: USD - Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience - to be discussed doe.
