The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced, confident, and highly organised Captain to take command of a 55m new-build vessel entering a private and charter program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership across a team of 13 crew and bring extensive experience with ISM, surveys, compliance, commercial readiness, and all associated administrative requirements. As the yacht transitions to the charter market, the Captain must be hands-on, proactive, and capable of working closely with management, shipyards, and owners. A single cabin is offered, and an introduction video will be required as part of the selection process. The new owners will have full possession by September.
- Required experience: Proven Captain experience on similar-size vessels
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Master 3000
