The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a confident, highly capable Chief Officer with strong experience in ISM, surveys, compliance, and vessel documentation. This is a newly built 55m yacht entering a private and charter program, so the ideal candidate must be proactive, organised, and fully comfortable leading deck operations during a busy dual-season schedule. You should be confident interfacing with management, shipyards, and surveyors, while also supporting a smooth transition as the vessel becomes commercial and joins the charter market. A professional, positive attitude and high-level communication skills are essential. Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements. As part of the application process, an introduction video will be required.
