The Candidate Specification

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Bosun to join a 50M+ support yacht with an exciting, adventure-driven itinerary. The ideal candidate will be energetic, team-focused, and passionate about maintaining a high standard on deck. This role requires strong tender driving and maintenance skills, as heavy tender operations form a key part of the program.

A keen interest in watersports, particularly surfing and diving, will be highly regarded, and a B1/B2 visa in hand is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven longevity, a strong work ethic, and solid leadership abilities to support and guide the deck team. • Required experience: Proven experience in a Bosun or senior deck role on a similar size vessel
• Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Yachtmaster 
• Required Visa: B1/B2 Visa (preferred)
• Due to Cabin arrangements: Male
