The charter broker will manage the full charter process, building and maintaining a personal client base while representing the company at major yacht shows and luxury lifestyle events. This is a demanding role that requires excellent organization, time management, and proactive problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will work closely with captains, yacht managers, personal assistants, and an experienced in-house team to ensure a seamless client experience. They will also handle leads from all over the world, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness across different time zones.
The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, proactive, and highly organized, with a confident, professional demeanor suitable for engaging with ultra-high-net-worth clients. Previous experience in sales or luxury client management is essential, and prior knowledge or understanding of yachts and charter processes is highly beneficial. Familiarity with industry tools such as MYBA contracts and Yachtfolio is advantageous. The candidate should be fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus, and open to travel and extended periods in Dubai when required.
