The Candidate Specification
This role is ideal for a confident, hands-on female candidate who is primarily focused on deck but happy to support the interior when required. You’ll work closely with the Captain during a busy Med season, stepping into light stew duties (approx. 10%) to cover the Chief Stew during her breaks. Strong deck skills are essential, along with experience in watersports operations, tender handling, and general maintenance including varnishing, caulking, and painting. The right candidate will be proactive, practical, and ready to be involved in a range of exterior tasks while remaining flexible to interior support when needed. Personality and a positive, team-focused attitude are key for this tight-knit crew.
