Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Bosun for a 60m yacht
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Bosun. With at least three years of experience on similar size vessels.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience working on yachts.
- Qualifications: Yachtmaster ticket (CE certified) is essential.
- Skills:
- Proficient in tender driving and familiar with its operations.
- Strong watersports skills (instruction or participation experience preferred).
- Excellent yacht maintenance skills with a hands-on approach.
- Additional:
- Charter experience is beneficial
- B1B2 visa-highly advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the general upkeep and maintenance of the yacht's deck.
- Safely handling the yacht's tender and watersports equipment.
- Assisting with guest activities during charters, including watersports.
- Collaborating closely with other deckhands and ensuring teamwork in daily operations.
- Supporting the deck team and assisting with crew leadership.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Europe, crossing to the Caribbean
Salary: EUR 4000 + Equal share of tips
Leave: 49 days
Busy Private/Charter Dual season vessel.
