Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Bosun to join a professional and well-established program.
- The vessel runs a busy dual-season itinerary with a strong focus on guest service, water sports, and maintaining high standards across the deck department.
- Candidates should have proven experience on similar-sized vessels, excellent tender driving skills, and strong leadership qualities to support and motivate the deck team. A good eye for detail, maintenance knowledge, and a proactive work ethic are essential.
- Hold a minimum Yachtmaster Offshore (OOW in progress or a bonus)
- Have solid charter experience and a guest-focused attitude
- Be confident in managing and training junior deck crew
- Have strong tender driving and water sports skills
- Be well-presented and professional at all times
