Summary

A 40m private new build is seeking a temporary Bosun to join for an upcoming European crossing.

• Lead daily deck operations and oversee junior deck crew​​​​​​Assist with passage preparation, including securing, stowing, and safety checks

• Stand navigational watches alongside senior officers during the crossing

• Support the Captain and Chief Officer with ongoing new build setup and logistics

• Ensure all safety gear and deck inventory are maintained and accounted for

• Contribute to mooring, anchoring, and docking operations

• Uphold a professional and positive attitude while representing the vessel

• Start Date: 22nd November

• Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks

• OOW Ticket is essential

• €250-€300 day rate DOE

• Experience with new builds or deliveries advantageous

• Confident leadership and communication skills

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Master <200gt / OOW <500gt
