Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Stewardess to join a 50m private new build motor yacht, preparing for her first Mediterranean season.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a Chief Stewardess who enjoys taking ownership, setting up new systems, and leading a well-presented and professional interior team on a newly launched yacht.
- The vessel is currently in the final stages of completion and will operate privately with a busy owner usage expected. The yacht is set to be delivered in February
- Experienced yacht owner
- Proven experience as Chief Stew (or 2nd stepping up) on yachts 40m+
- Strong organisational and leadership skills to set up interior systems from the start
- Excellent eye for detail and high standards of service and presentation
- Confident in managing inventories, provisioning, and guest service setup for a new build
- Positive, hands-on approach with the ability to train and motivate a small interior team
- Previous new build experience advantageous but not essential
- Although not essential, speaking basic Italian would enhance your application
