Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain and Chief Stewardess couple to join a busy 35m private/charter motor yacht operating a dual season program (Mediterranean and Caribbean).
Captain:
- Minimum Master 500 ticket preferred, though a strong Chief Officer looking to step up will also be considered
- Solid charter background with proven guest management and itinerary planning skills
- Confident in handling, navigation, and overseeing maintenance and compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to foster a positive and motivated crew environment
- Previous new build or refit experience is advantageous
- A salary of €8k-€10k DOE is on offer with 60 days leave
Chief Stewardess:
- Experienced in leading an interior team on busy charter yachts within a similar size range
- Skilled in all aspects of service, housekeeping, and guest relations
- High attention to detail with the ability to create a warm, professional atmosphere on board
- Confident in provisioning, inventories, and guest preference management
- A creative and proactive approach to guest service and event planning
- A salary of €6,000 with 60 days leave is on offer
