Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and hands-on Head Chef for an 85m private motor yacht.
This is a hands-on position suited to a chef who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in crafting every element from scratch. The candidate will bring creativity, precision, and passion to the galley, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for both guests and crew.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head Chef on similar-sized vessels
- Hatted or Michelin-level culinary background essential
- Confident in Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine, with a focus on fresh, handmade dishes
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Energetic, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Start: December 10
Location: Malta
Salary: USD 10,000 per month
Leave: Rotational – 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off
