Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a talented Sous Chef for an 85m private motor yacht.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating high-quality, clean, and diverse cuisine, with a strong culinary background and a desire to grow into a future Head Chef.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role onboard (Sous Chef on 60m+ or Sole Chef on 40m+)
 - Michelin or fine-dining background preferred
 - Strong culinary training with a focus on presentation and flavor balance
 - Energetic, and health-conscious with a team-oriented attitude
 - No ego – able to take direction and work collaboratively in a busy environment
 - Versatile with both guest service and crew food
 
Start date: Mid-November
Location: Malta
Salary: USD 6,000 per month
Leave: Rotational – 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off
