Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Sous Chef for a 90m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
Requirements:
• STCW Basic Training
• ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Food Safety Level 2
• Experience on 80m+ yachts or in luxury hotels/restaurants
• Creative, high-level culinary background
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Professional, discreet, and service-minded team player
• Schengen visa (for non-EU crew); valid B1/B2 visa an advantage
Start Date: Early December 2025
Location: The Netherlands
Salary: EUR 8,000
Leave: 2:2 Rotation
Itinerary: Shipyard until May 2026, then dual season
