Burgess Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced Chief Steward(ess) for a 60m+ private motor yacht.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Chief Steward(ess) or in a senior interior role on similar-sized vessels
- Demonstrated longevity and strong references from previous yachts
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Service-oriented with a keen eye for detail and presentation
- Valid B1/B2 visa
- Professional, positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support the interior team
Start: ASAP
Location: Palm Beach, USA
Salary: USD 7,200 per month
Leave: Rotational 2:2
Itinerary: Dual season
