The Role
Exciting opportunity for an experienced sous Chef to join a stunning 57m with excellent crew retention and a close-knit team culture. The yacht runs approximately 6 charters per year, plus owners' usage, with an established crew. This is a wonderful program looking for someone to commit long-term. This would be a great fit for a chef looking for the balance of a great owner, but still able to move through the gears to create unforgettable experiences for the charter guests on board.
Winter Program: Caribbean charters and private owner trips.
Owner's Preferences
- Healthy, fresh Mediterranean-style cuisine
 - Quality proteins and creative salads
 - Simple, elegant presentation using seasonal ingredients
 - Accommodation for dietary requirements (vegan, GF)
 
Key Requirements
- Essential: 50m+ yacht chef experience, charter background preferred
 - Valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 3, B1/B2 visa and or Schengen if needed
 - Strong communication and leadership skills
 - Ability to handle busy periods with quick turnarounds
 - Experience with diverse dietary needs and international cuisines
 - Male only due to cabin arrangements
