TYS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Head of Service to join a private/charter 85m+ M/Y.

The ideal candidate will be an established Head of Service with strong longevity and extensive experience on charter yachts. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic charter program, working closely with the Chief Stewardess to maintain and elevate the program's high standards.
Must be confident in leading all service styles, particularly silver and synchronised service. We are looking for someone with exceptional cocktail and wine knowledge and a creative flair that shows in themed set-ups and table decorations that add an extra “wow” factor for charter guests. The current Head of Service has successfully led the service team for two years.
The vessel has excellent owners who have built strong relationships with the crew. Their trips are typically short (less than a week), with charters prioritised over owner trips. The yacht is currently in the Caribbean for charters. Following the winter season, the boat will return to the Mediterranean for a busy 2026 Med charter season, with four repeat clients confirmed (some of whom will be on their 3rd summer season charter).
