Summary
Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Chief Steward(ess) for a 90m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
Requirements:
• STCW Basic Training
• ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2 previous Chief Steward(ess) roles on 70m+ yachts
• Charter experience essential
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Proven longevity with excellent references
• Experience managing and training an interior team of 11
• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
• Schengen visa (for non-EU crew); valid B1/B2 visa
Start Date: Early November
Salary: DOE
Leave: 2:2 Rotation
Itinerary: Shipyard until May 2026, then dual season
