Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Steward(ess) for a 90m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
Requirements:
• STCW Basic Training
• ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Food & Hygiene Level 2
• Minimum 2 seasons’ experience on 50m+ yachts
• Strong hospitality experience and proven longevity
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, discreet, and service-oriented
• Schengen visa (for non-EU crew); valid B1/B2 visa
Start Date: 25 November 2025
Location: The Netherlands
Salary: EUR 3,500
Leave: 4:2 Rotation
Itinerary: Shipyard until May 2026, then dual season
