The Candidate Specification
We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Deckhand to join a 70M+ private yacht that is crossing over to the USA. The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience on vessels 40M+, a solid understanding of deck duties and a bonus if you're confident in tender driving and watersports.
This role suits someone proactive, hardworking, and eager to continue growing within a professional and supportive team environment. A good attitude and strong work ethic are key, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to a busy program.
- Required experience: Minimum 1 year on 40M+ yachts
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1
- Required Visa: Schengen Visa or UK Visa & B1/B2 visa.
