The Candidate Specification
We're looking for a confident and highly organised Chief Stewardess to join an 80M+ private and charter yacht. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership skills, a calm and professional approach, and the ability to manage and motivate a large interior team to the highest standards. Strong service experience is essential, as you'll be responsible for maintaining a polished, five-star guest experience across both private and charter operations.
This role would suit an experienced Chief Stewardess or a senior interior leader from a large yacht who is ready to step up. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, training, and delegation skills, as well as a genuine passion for developing and leading a cohesive, efficient, and positive interior team.
