The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Deck/OOW to join a busy 100M+ private yacht. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with deck operations. For the right candidate an opportunity to step up to an officer in the future. We are open to applicants from a commercial maritime background or those with previous yachting experience, provided they are happy and confident being on deck and hold their OOW Unlimited Ticket.
This role suits someone keen to learn, proactive, and able to integrate into a fast-paced, professional team. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to adapt to the dynamic environment onboard. Duties will include general deck operations, assisting with watersports and tenders, and supporting the bridge when required.
