Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Head of Service to join a 100m+ private, motor yacht.
Requirements & Responsibilities
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as HOS or Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts
• Exceptional knowledge of fine dining, wines, mixology, and guest service standards
• Experienced in managing and mentoring a high-performing interior team
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Professional, discreet, and adaptable with a positive, proactive attitude
• STCW and ENG1
• Proficiency in Security Awareness
• Seaman’s Book
• Food & Hygiene Level 2
• Crowd Management
• Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining)
• Schengen visa / EU residency preferred
• Driver’s licence
Start: 6 December 2025
Salary: TBC
