Summary

We are looking for an experienced Stew/Cook to join our 44-meter private motor yacht for the winter season.

This position calls for a dedicated and adaptable professional capable of preparing healthy, well-balanced meals for the crew while efficiently assisting the Chief Stew with interior duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both galley and housekeeping responsibilities, working independently, and handling provisioning within budget and preference guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience as a Stew/Cook or Crew Cook onboard similar-sized yachts
  • Ability to prepare nutritious, varied meals for an international crew
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and galley safety standards (Food Hygiene Certificate required)
  • Service and interior maintenance skills
  • Valid STCW Basic Safety, ENG1 medical certificate, and necessary travel documents for Europe
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Contract: Temporary position (4-5 months)

Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
