Summary
We are looking for an experienced Captain to take command of our 41-meter private motor yacht.
This position requires a highly qualified professional with strong technical expertise and proven leadership skills to guarantee the vessel’s safe, efficient, and seamless operation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience upholding the highest standards of performance, safety, and service at sea.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Valid Master 500GT license (minimum) with verified command experience on private yachts of comparable size
- Valid STCW Basic Safety, ENG1 medical certificate, and all necessary travel documents for Europe
- Strong technical proficiency in navigation, vessel maintenance, and operational management
- Confident in supervising and ensuring the safe enjoyment of guest watersports activities
- Proven ability to lead and manage a crew with professionalism, fostering a disciplined and productive work environment
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance, impeccable manners, and dedication to providing outstanding guest experiences
