Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join our 42-meter private motor yacht.
This position calls for a highly organized and service-oriented professional with outstanding leadership and hospitality skills to ensure the smooth, efficient, and elegant interior operation of the vessel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience maintaining the highest standards of guest service, presentation, and team performance.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as Chief Stewardess with strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health regulations (Food Hygiene Certificate required)
- Valid STCW Basic Safety, ENG1 medical certificate, and necessary travel documents for Europe
- Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor, committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience
Contract:
This is a permanent position overseeing all aspects of interior operations, including winter maintenance and seasonal preparation works. You will be joining a professional, friendly, and supportive team, fostering a collaborative and pleasant working environment onboard.
