Job description:
We are seeking a creative Sous Chef for a 100m+ private motor yacht cruising worldwide. This is a rotational position (3 months on / 1 month off) offering a great working environment with global travel.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role aboard superyachts and a strong background in restaurants.
The galley team consist of 3 chefs (1 Head Chef and 2 Sous Chefs), onboard at all times. perfect cleanliness, dedication and the ability to manage the galley in the absence of the head chef is essential.
This is a private-only yacht with no charters.
Candidates must hold relevant yachting documents (STCW, ENG1), and preferably have a valid Ships Cook Certificate (SCC).
Both male and female candidates may apply.
Bonuses and training opportunities are performance-based and reviewed bi-annually. When not cruising, the yacht is often based in Dubai.
