ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 80M NEW BUILD
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the galley team aboard a brand-new 80m private motor yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong culinary background and a love for creating exceptional food in a professional team and a new galley!
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooking for a crew of 20+ on a daily basis.
- Assisting the Head Chef with guest desserts, breads, and pastries.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient galley.
- Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver the highest quality meals for the owner and their guests.
Requirements:
- Experience in high-end restaurants.
- At least 2 years’ experience on similar-sized yachts (80m or larger).
- Baking and pastry skills are a must.
- Hardworking, passionate about food, and committed to excellence.
- Creative, eager to learn, and drama-free attitude.
- Must be a team player and flexible in the galley, as you’ll be working alongside the Head Chef as a team of 2.
Package:
- Leave: 2:2 rotation
- Salary: 6,000 euros pm
