ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF 60M +
We are looking for a talented Head Chef with a background in restaurants to join a busy dual-season charter program. With a wonderful rotational partner, great Captains and lovely owners - this is not an opportunity to miss!
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven longevity in the yachting industry with experience on charter vessels.
- Ideally you will have similar sized vessel experience, you can come from a Sole Chef background too.
- Strong culinary background with a range of cuisine knowledge under your belt to cater to charter clients.
- Previous experience of working with a Sous Chef, with good management skills under your belt.
- You must have your Ships Cook in hand, ideally you will also have your B1B2 visa.
Package:
- Rotation: 2:2
- Salary: DOE, this will be discussed with the Captain.
- Incentives: There is a lucrative bonus structure and charter tips. Business class flights also included.
- Start Date: Early December
