CREW CHEF 90M MY
We are looking for a Crew Chef to join a busy dual season private/light charter MY. You must have a restaurant background to be considered for this role.
Requirements:
- Your role will mainly focus on cooking for the team onboard with some light assistance on the guest food prep.
- You will have formal culinary training and/or have worked in well-regarded restaurants. It is a busy program with a long season so whilst they are happy to mentor and guide, they need a Chef who can keep up with a fast paced galley.
- Ideally you will have your B1B2 in hand, but for the right candidate some assistance can be given in obtaining it.
- You will be responsible for keeping the crew well fed, the team can be up to 30 so it's important that you are confident with these numbers.
Package/Details:
- Joining at the end of October/start of November.
- Happy galley environment, they like to put the music on, work hard but have fun too!
- Equal share of tips.
- €4,500 pm
- 90 days leave allowance
