Rotational Sole Chef 55m MY
We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a 55m MY for the next season. The vessel does lightly charter and runs a dual season itinerary between the Med and Caribbean.
Requirements:
- You will be responsible for cooking for the 10+ crew as well as charter clients - the owners have a travelling Chef who comes onboard to cook for them so there will be no cooking for the boss as part of this role.
- Confident in catering to dietary requirements and creating healthy, balanced meals for the team is important.
- Minimum 2 years’ yachting experience in a similar role, plus relevant land-based chef background.
- You will ideally have charter experience.
Details:
- Salary: DOE but paid in euros
- Leave: For this role, candidates need to be flexible as the rotation will be based on the owner's movement as the other Chef must do boss trips - with how the Owners use the boat, this should be a fair split. Your first rotation will be from the start of November to mid-January. That said, it will be a time for time contract.
- Accommodation: Shared cabin
- Location: Dual season vessel, joining in the Med before going to the Caribbean.
