Bosun

Summary

• 60m Busy Private/Charter yacht are looking for Bosun to join them in October. Dates are flexible for the right candidate but ideally in the first few weeks of October

• This is a great opportunity for someone with a good few years under their belt and ideally coming from a senior deckhand or lead deckhand role ready to step up into their first bosun role working with a supportive team!

• They are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment, good understanding of products and maintenance projects as well as having good operational experience

• The boat charters extensively over the Summer season and will be crossing to the Caribbean for another busy season with a mixture of charter and owner usage

• Ideally you will have charter experience and must be confident with guest interaction and willing to go the extra mile to make charters a success!

• They run with fantastic captains and senior officers who will support you in the role. Nice owner who looks after the yacht and crew well

• On offer is a industry standard salary DOE along with 45 days leave, even split of tips, the crew did very well this Summer! – full package disclosed during initial calls 

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
