Bosun

Summary

• Exciting 100m+ New build motor yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them within the next 2-4 weeks

• Superb opportunity to join a large prestigious build where you can build your team and really put your stamp on the project!

• They are looking for an experienced Bosun, career Bosun or someone with multiple years of deck experience and with a solid Carpentry background

• The yacht is due for launch late 2026 and they are looking for someone to commit to the project for the foreseeable

• Great Captain and build team currently onboard

• The position is full time but with a lot of flexibility for time off, weekends off and they are also offering 1 return flight home per month so the build team can balance work and home life. Candidates based in EU/UK preferred to make this feasible!

• Build experience would be extremely advantageous!

• Superb package on offer with salary range starting around 6500 Euros, 60 days leave, weekends off, living ashore – lots more detail and flexibility which can be discussed during initial calls

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
