Chief Officer/1st Mate

Summary

• 100m+ New build Project are looking for an experinced Build Chief officer to join them within the next 4-6 weeks

• Exciting project with an established build team and crew numbers increasing all the time as the build progresses

• They are looking for an experienced Chief Officer holding CM unlimited as a minimum and with large refit or build experience. They will consider candidates without build experience but will need to have extensive refit exposure from past programs

• Exciting build estimated for launch in late 2026 – cruising plans TBC at this stage

• Experienced yacht owner and excellent Build Captain onboard

• Full time contract during build and will go rotational upon launch however they offer a huge degree of flexibility with weekends off, and one flight paid for each month to return home. This would suit candidates based in the UK /EU for ease of travel to and from the yacht

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
