The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a Bosun for an 80M+ private and light charter yacht. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum YM Offshore certification and have prior experience working as a Bosun, capable of leading a deck team, maintaining yacht standards, and supporting safety and operational procedures. The role includes overseeing deck operations during both private and charter periods, as well as managing maintenance and the shipyard period from November through April. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, organisational skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to all deck tasks.
