The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess to step into a short-term cover role on board a 65m+ private new build yacht. The ideal candidate will bring proven Chief Stew experience on similar-sized yachts, with the ability to seamlessly manage the interior, oversee a small team, and maintain a high standard of service for the owner. Strong organisational and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to quickly integrate into a new environment and support the crew during a busy period. A calm, professional, and adaptable approach will be key to ensuring a smooth handover and excellent guest experience throughout the contract.
- Required experience: Previous experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts
