The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced 2nd Officer to join an 80m+ private and charter yacht on a temporary contract. The ideal candidate will bring proven 2nd Officer experience on large yachts and demonstrate strong navigation skills, bridge management, and deck leadership. The role requires an officer who can confidently support the Chief Officer with daily operations, safety drills, and guest activities while also assisting in managing the deck team. Professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential, as the yacht is currently cruising in the Mediterranean and will be based in Barcelona for the winter.
