Summary
We are looking for a Bosun for a 45m+ Private/Charter M/Y.
-Permanent position to start ASAP in Florida.
-Itinerary: West Coast USA.
-The ideal candidate will have YM Offshore in hand.
-Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry.
-Looking for a hands on Bosun with good leadership skills and confident leading the deck team while maintaining high standards.
-Strong tender driving and watersport skills are necessary for this role.
-This is not a flat-out charter program but the yacht moves consistently, with the owner typically onboard every 5 weeks. Owners are relaxed and respectful and the program is well run.
-Total of 9 mixed nationality crew onboard with a deck team of 3.
-Should be fluent in English.
-B1/B2 is essential.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
