Summary
We are looking for a Rotational Chief Officer for a 45m+ Private/Charter M/Y.
-Rotational position (10:10) with a TBD start date.
-Itinerary: Caribbean for the winter and summer in the Mediterranean.
-Qualifications: Minimum OOW3000 in hand.
-Candidates should have proven experience as Chief Officer. Will consider a strong 2nd Officer ready to step up.
-Strong bridge management and watch keeping experience is essential for this role.
-The vessel will be running mini-ISM so the C/O needs to be familiar with implementing this.
-Busy and active program. The owner is personable who regularly hosts family and friends onboard, so the yacht is often at full guest capacity and moves regularly.
-Total of 10 mixed nationality crew onboard with a deck team of 3.
-Should be fluent in English.
-Non-smoking vessel.
-B1/B2 is essential.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
