Summary
We are looking for a Rotational Chef for a 45m+ Private/Charter M/Y.
-Rotational position (10:10) to start early April.
-Itinerary: Caribbean for the winter and summer in the Mediterranean.
-Candidates should have proven experience as a sole chef on 45m+ yachts.
-Strong all round culinary ability required. Owner prefers American style cuisine done very well and does not enjoy seafood, so confidence with classic American dishes is important.
-Should be confident with dessert and bread as this is a requirement for every meal.
-Busy and active program. The owner is personable who regularly hosts family and friends onboard, so the yacht is often at full guest capacity and moves regularly.
-Total of 10 mixed nationality crew onboard.
-Should be fluent in English.
-Non-smoking vessel.
-B1/B2 is essential.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
