License Required: USCG 100 GT preferred
Requirements:
- NO INCIDENT Report
- STCW + Refresher
- ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months+)
- US Passport/Green Card valid minimum 1 year
- Minimum experience operating vessels 40 feet and above
- Strong offshore and inshore fishing background (both operationally and guest-facing)
- Experience running tenders, towing water sports, and managing daily dock operations
- Kiteboarding or high-level watersports experience ideal
- Comfortable overseeing and supporting racquet sports and broader outdoor programming
- Prior small-team management or supervisory experience
- Guest-service mindset with experience working in high-net-worth environments
Job specifics:
This role is hands-on. We need someone who lives in the water — someone comfortable running boats daily, leading fishing trips, training staff, building programming, and helping shape the culture of a growing marine department.
After the marine component, the position will also oversee racquet activations and other outdoor offerings as the club continues to expand.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. USD
