Requirements:
- B1/B2 Visa
- STCW + Refresher as needed
- Proven experience as a Chief Stew for 3 plus years on similar size vessels.
- Excellent leadership skills, happy disposition to train and motivate junior stews.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and general bar and restaurant service etiquette
- Ability to manage a team of service professionals and perform administrative duties.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities: Full charge of Interior
Full interior - Housekeeping, Service, Laundry. Detailed, highly organized. providing a top level of service. Working as a team in a fun environment. Looking for candidates motivated.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
